A little air goes a long way
Wristband Number: 14224
I pulled over to get air in my tire this morning, wearing business attire and it was already 85 degrees in South Mississippi. A young man whose name is Trevor, was working for the County and sitting in a pickup truck nearby. He came over and asked if he could fill the tire for me, since it was hot and I was also wearing a skirt. It was a simple gesture, not unusual of typical southern hospitality, but as a mother of a 24 and 18 year old young people, I hope I have taught them to be kind in this same way, so I could not pass up the opportunity to share about ACFP and show him that people are always watching, and even a small act of kindness can be largely appreciated.
